1. When to pick

Huyou usually stops growing in October in autumn, and its picking time is not fixed. Because the specific picking time is related to the purpose, fruit growth period and market demand, and the picking time is different in different planting areas. However, the approximate picking time is about the same, usually in mid-November.

2. Picking Method

You should take protective measures when picking. It is best to wear gloves and use sharp fruit shears. Just cut from the fruit stalk, and then cut the fruit stem flat. It should be noted that you should be careful when picking to avoid damaging the fruit. Picking usually starts from the upper outermost part, and is mostly done from top to bottom.

3. Storage Method

After picking the pomelo, you can prepare some clean plastic bags and wrap the fruit. After wrapping, it should be stored in a low temperature environment, the temperature should not exceed 10℃, or it should be stored in a cool place. During the storage process, try not to expose it to the sun, otherwise the taste will change.
