Differences between Custard Apple and Sugar Apple

Differences between Custard Apple and Sugar Apple

People think that sugar apple and soursop are two different fruits, but in fact people don’t know much about these fruits. Why do we have such an understanding? In fact, most of the time it is because different regions call it differently. Some people have never seen what the real Custard Apple looks like, so they have different concepts.

In fact, the scientific name of sugar apple is Annona custardii, and the flesh is plump, sweet and delicious. Custard apple plants generally grow very tall, with white leaves that are arranged in a relatively neat pattern. The leaves at the top are clearly visible, the fruit is relatively round in shape, and occasionally has other shapes, with the protrusions on the surface like small bumps.

Custard apple grows in the hot and humid south, and has very strict temperature requirements, and cannot grow in a cold environment.

Through simple comparative analysis, we can determine that sugar apple is sugar apple. There is no difference between the two fruits, and it is a very valuable fruit.
