What kind of pot is best for growing Tangyin

Tangyin is a succulent plant with fibrous roots. When planting Tangyin, it is suitable to use a flowerpot with good drainage and air permeability. It is usually most appropriate to plant Tangyin in a clay pot or a ceramic pot. There is no special flowerpot for Tangyin. Generally, the flowerpot for planting Tangyin can be any pot that is convenient for the growth of the plant.

Tangyin is generally suitable for maintenance in clay, clay, and porcelain pots. Usually, Tangyin looks better in porcelain pots. The color of the flower pot can be dark brown, brick red or other dark colors, or you can choose according to your own preferences.

1. Deep basin or shallow basin

The roots of Tangyin are more suitable for maintenance in shallow pots. Generally, a shallow pot with a depth of about 10 cm can allow Tangyin to grow normally. If a deep pot is used, it will easily rot the roots of Tangyin, which is not beneficial to the growth of the plant.

2. Big basin or small basin

Whether to use a large or small pot for Tangyin depends on the size of the plant. Generally, Tangyin with a small plant can be grown in a small pot, while Tangyin with a larger plant needs to be grown in a large pot. The size of the pot is not fixed.

3. High or low basin

It is generally more appropriate to plant Tangyin in a short pot, because the roots of Tangyin will not grow much downwards. Generally, when planting Tangyin, you need to put a layer of cinders or peat at the bottom of the pot to increase the air permeability of the pot.

Tangyin repotting

During the maintenance process of Tangyin, the potting soil needs to be replaced once a year. Generally, it is most appropriate to repot in spring. The replacement soil can be sterile sandy soil, river soil or garden soil. Usually, you need to check the roots first when replacing them. If there are rotten roots, they need to be trimmed.
