Introduction to Rose GrowthRose is a temperate tree species. It grows best on well-drained, humus-rich neutral or slightly acidic light loam. It grows poorly in shade and blooms sparsely. Roses are native to my country and are now cultivated all over the country, mainly produced in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Sichuan, Hebei and other places. Rose growth cycleRoses can withstand the cold during their growth process, but they are afraid of waterlogging at the roots. It is best to choose slightly acidic soil for planting, and they should also be placed in a well-ventilated place for growth. Roses bloom in summer from April to August, with a flowering period of about 15 days. The flowers grow singly or in clusters at the top of the branches. They are white, purple-red, and can be double or single petals. The fruiting period is from August to September. Rose growth rateWhen rose seeds are sown into the soil, the seeds will absorb nutrients, then crack and sprout, and then take root downwards and extend into the soil. The embryo above the seeds will stretch upwards, break through the soil layer and extend, then grow leaves, the stems will gradually lengthen, and the flower buds will begin to open. In summer, the growth of roses slows down or stops completely. During this period, ensure that the roses have sufficient water and do not use too much fertilizer. With careful care, the roses will grow and bloom again in the clear and cool autumn season. Rose growth cycle managementAn acre of roses can yield 20,000 to 30,000 roses per year, and the number can reach 50,000 when management conditions are good. Yunnan's "Lido Rose" is the top rose producer in the country. The growth cycle of rose is two years. Its plant is composed of roots, stems, leaves and flowers. Its root system is very developed. Its horizontal root system is relatively vertical, and its taproot system is well developed and strong. Temperature management: Roses prefer a cool growing environment, so its suitable temperature is between 15 and 25 degrees. The growth temperature cannot be too low or too high, otherwise it will grow poorly. Fertilization management: It is best to apply nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers to roses. Nitrogen fertilizer can make the leaves green and shiny, phosphorus fertilizer can promote the formation of rose buds, making roses more fragrant, and phosphorus fertilizer can effectively prevent diseases and pests and promote the growth of rhizomes. |
