Cultivation methods and precautions of Marian Dieffenbachia

Marian Dieffenbachia is a variety of Dieffenbachia, which is very easy to maintain. This plant grows relatively fast and prefers a cool, dry and sunny growing environment.

How to grow Marian Dieffenbachia

1. Soil

Marian evergreen can be prepared with leaf mold, sandy soil, slag ash, etc. It needs to be exposed to the sun for a few days before use to achieve the purpose of disinfection.

2. Temperature

The suitable temperature for the growth of Marian Dieffenbachia is around 20-30℃. Too high or too low temperature is not conducive to the growth of the plant. The wintering temperature is best above 10℃.

3. Watering

When watering Marian Evergreen, it is best not to water it too much. Just wait until the soil becomes dry before watering. Otherwise, water accumulation may cause the roots of the plant to rot.

4. Lighting

During the growth process of Marian Dieffenbachia, it generally only needs to be given sufficient diffuse light. The summer sun is too strong, so it is necessary to pay attention to shade and not let it be exposed to the sun.

5. Fertilization

Marian Dieffenbachia can be fertilized appropriately during its growth period, but be careful not to apply concentrated fertilizer, otherwise the roots of the Dieffenbachia will be burned, causing the plant to wither and die.

Marian Dieffenbachia Maintenance Precautions

During the maintenance period, Marian Evergreen is more susceptible to leaf spot disease, brown spot disease, etc. Once the plant is found to be infected with the disease, it is recommended to use carbendazim solution for spraying treatment.
