When is the rose blooming?

1. Flowering period

Its flowering period is relatively long. Usually, in the southern region where the climate is warm, if properly maintained, the flowers will continue to bloom and will not wither in winter. It can last from April in spring until winter. But the winters in northern regions are too cold and the plant will not bloom. The flowers bloom in spring, summer and autumn, normally from April to October, with the most abundant blooming in spring.

2. Flowering period management methods

1. Temperature: The temperature must be controlled during the flowering period, especially in summer and winter. The plant needs to be cooled in summer and kept warm in winter. Only when the temperature is suitable can it bloom all year round.

2. Light: The demand for light is relatively high during flowering, and it needs about eight hours of light every day, but in summer, you must pay attention to shade to avoid burns. In other seasons, it should be kept in a well-lit place.

3. Fertilization: Flowering consumes a lot of nutrients and needs to be replenished in time. When applying fertilizer, use low concentration, diluted liquid fertilizer, and do it once every half a month or so.

4. Pruning: If you want the flowers to bloom longer, you need to prune them in time. Cut off diseased branches, old branches and dead leaves, and cut off the dead flowers when they bloom to avoid nutrient loss and promote secondary flowering.
