How to grow roses in water

How to grow roses in water

1. Processing of squid

After receiving the bouquet, first open and remove the outer package, then simply trim the flower branches, cut off the dry and yellow leaves on the top, and remove the leaves at the bottom. Do not let it soak in water, otherwise it will rot. The bottom of the flower branch also needs to be processed and cut into slanted incisions. This will increase the absorption area and absorb the nutrients and moisture inside.

2. Prepare the container

Prepare a slender vase, the mouth of the vase does not need to be too big. First, wash it in clean water, then disinfect it inside and out to remove bacteria and other germs. Then wash it again and fill it with an appropriate amount of water. The water level should not be too high. The water quality can be purified water, or you can first take out tap water, put it outside to dry and then add water in.

3. Start water culture

Place the processed flower branches in the vase. If you feel that there is too little water, add a little more until the water level reaches the stem.

4. Post-maintenance

Place the vase in a place with scattered light. It needs to be breathable and ventilated. Change the water inside regularly. Do not let the water become turbid. You can add nutrient solution between water changes.
