You can also cut it with a knife, scrape off the flesh and seeds, add sugar or honey, mix well, and then eat it directly.

Passion fruit tea

Cut the passion fruit into two halves, put them in a cup, add rock sugar, and soak them in boiling water for about six minutes.

Passion fruit broth for flavor

Wash the whole fruit and put it into the broth to bring out the umami flavor of the broth and make the broth taste better.

Passion fruit juice

Because white sugar dissolves slowly, you need to prepare the syrup water in advance. Mix sugar and water in a 1:1 ratio, heat and stir until all the sugar is dissolved, and you will get a slightly viscous syrup that can be stored for a long time.

Take a passion fruit (passion fruit is called passion fruit), cut it in half and scoop out the juice in the middle (including seeds), put it in a cup, add 200 ml of water, add appropriate amount of white syrup to adjust the sweetness, and stir to get a cup of juice with color, fragrance and taste. The effect will be better if you use a soy milk maker to blend for a few seconds.

You can use ice water in summer and warm water in winter. Add it according to your preference. If you add a dozen drops of milk, it can prevent the juice from stratifying quickly and affecting the appearance, and the flavor will be better.

You can also open the fruit, scrape off the pulp and seeds inside, add ice cubes and an appropriate amount of honey, put them into a juicer together, then add an appropriate amount of water, pour it out and enjoy.

Alternative ways to eat passion fruit

You can also squeeze the passion fruit juice, pour it on the ice cream and enjoy it together with the ice cream. It tastes good too.
