How to water Ji Qiuli

How to water Ji Qiuli

1. Watering method:

1. Watering time:

Water the plants normally in spring and autumn, about once every 10 days or a week. You can adjust the watering frequency according to the weather. In winter, you can water the temperature above 0 degrees, but stop watering it below 0 degrees, otherwise it will easily freeze.

2. Amount of water for watering:

It is best for beginners to plant Sedum scutellaria in a pot with bottom holes. Red pottery pots have good air permeability and can be chosen. Water thoroughly each time (a pot with bottom holes makes it easier to observe whether it is watered thoroughly). If your Sedum is planted outdoors, be sure to drain the accumulated water on rainy days and do not use a glass pot. Glass pots absorb heat and have poor air permeability, making it difficult to monitor the amount of watering, so it’s up to you.

2. Precautions for watering:

1. The water content in the plant of Eupatorium is high, so do not water it too much, otherwise too much water will accumulate in the roots, and the roots will easily rot in an overly humid environment. Excessive moisture in the soil or excessive water can cause the plant to grow too tall and become dark in color, reducing its ornamental value. In severe cases, it can cause the plant to die. Be sure not to water unless the soil is dry, and water thoroughly every time.

2. Summer is the dormant period of Sedum styracifluum. During the dormant period, Sedum styracifluum grows slowly or stops growing, so it should be placed in a cool and ventilated place at this time. When the temperature is higher than 35 degrees, place the plant under scattered light and slowly stop watering it. Do not water it or use very little water during the entire dormant period of the plant.

3. Although it is cold in winter, you can still give a small amount of water. On warm, sunny days, you can water the roots of the plant lightly. However, you cannot use spray or large amounts of water to prevent water from accumulating in the center of the leaves and causing rot.

After my explanation, I believe everyone has a general understanding of how to water the Sedum spathiphyllum. Sedum spathiphyllum has good reproduction ability and is deeply loved by flower lovers.
