Cultivation methods and precautions of Anemone

Cultivation methods and precautions of Anemone

Anemone is a relatively easy plant to grow. It likes cool, humid and sunny environments and avoids high temperature and humidity. As long as the maintenance environment is proper, you don't need to spend too much time on it.

How to grow anemone

1. Lighting

If you want the anemone to grow as quickly as possible, you need to ensure sufficient light. If it is a potted plant, it must be kept in an environment with sufficient light.

2. Temperature

Anemone is relatively sensitive to temperature and needs to be vernalized at low temperatures so that it can grow normally in the second year. During the maintenance period, a certain temperature difference between day and night must also be ensured.

3. Moisture

When caring for anemones, do not water too much. You need to water the plant when it is dry and then wet it. Too much water can easily cause bulb rot and affect the normal growth of the plant.

4. Fertilization

If you want the anemone to grow normally, you need to fertilize it regularly. The fertilizers you can usually apply include Huaduoduo No. 2, rice water, soybean water, etc., which can make the flowers of the plant more beautiful.

5. Soil

Anemone must be maintained in a slightly acidic soil that is relatively permeable and breathable. In daily maintenance, you can use soil, leaf mold, wood ash, etc.

Anemone maintenance precautions

Anemone has a high ornamental value. After the plant blooms, you can directly cut its branches and put them in a bottle as fresh cut flowers. You can also pour some Sprite into it, which can extend the shelf life of the flowers.
