1. Breeding environment

1. Soil: Boxwood has very low requirements for cultivation soil. As long as the soil is not too sticky, it can be used. However, it is best to use loose sandy soil, which is very beneficial to its growth.

2. Watering: It likes moisture, but water cannot accumulate for a long time. Water it in moderation. While it's still in its doughy state, just keep it moist. In midsummer, it is best to water the plants in the morning and evening, and avoid watering at high temperatures at noon.

3. Fertilization: Boxwood needs nutrients to maintain its growth period, so it needs to be fertilized 2-3 times during this period. The fertilizer can be decomposed cake fertilizer water, and the amount of fertilizer should not be too large.

1. Sowing: You can choose to do it in early September, prepare loose loam and add some base fertilizer in it. Sow the purchased seeds into the soil, cover them with a layer of soil, and water them appropriately.

Select the tender branches of the current year, cut off the twigs growing from the internodes at 0.5 cm above and below, and then divide the stem nodes into two parts according to the attachment position of the twigs, and divide them into two sections for cutting. Don't insert the cuttings too deep, just insert 1cm into the soil. After completion, water them thoroughly and wait for them to take root.
