1. Planting method

1. Planting time: Allium giganteum is usually planted through bulbs. It prefers a cool growing environment, so it can be planted around October or November when the temperature is around 10 degrees Celsius. Planting too early or too late does not meet the growth requirements and is not conducive to later growth.

2. Bulb processing: Try to select bulbs that are larger, fuller, and fuller to avoid surface damage and reduce infection by pests and diseases. Before planting, the bulbs need to be processed, the old outer skin must be peeled off, a large amount of bacterium-methyl solution is prepared, and then the bulbs are soaked in it for disinfection. After about two or three minutes, take them out and place them aside to dry.

2. How to manage

After planting, you can water the flowerpot thoroughly, place it in a cool place to control the water, and then place it in a shaded place for a period of time. After the leaves grow out, you can apply appropriate fertilizer.
