In addition to being a main dish, it is more often used as a side dish. For example, it can be used to stir-fry meat. You can slice it first and cut the meat into shreds. When stir-frying, first fry the bean paste in hot oil, then pour in the meat after the oil comes out, stir-fry over high heat, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and salt in the middle, and finally pour in the onion and stir-fry, then you can serve.
