How to cultivate willow-leaf lotus

How to cultivate willow-leaf lotus

1. Moisture

Willow-leaf lotus is drought-resistant, but very afraid of waterlogging. If you grow it indoors, you need to choose a substrate with good drainage. Watering does not need to be too frequent, about twice a month in spring and autumn, and watering should be controlled in summer and winter. When raising it outdoors, you need to pay attention to rain protection in time during the rainy season and avoid letting it be exposed to heavy rain.

2. Lighting

Willow-leaf lotus likes growing conditions with enough sunlight. Spring and autumn are its growing seasons. During this period, it cannot be placed in a dark place, otherwise it will be difficult for it to grow healthily.

3. Temperature

The optimum growth temperature for willow-leaf lotus is 10-30℃, which is easy to reach and does not require deliberate adjustment. However, it should be noted that it is best to adjust the temperature to above 0℃ in winter.
