Can succulents protect against radiation?

Can succulents protect against radiation?

Answer: NO! cannot!

Radiation is a phenomenon that cannot be touched or seen, but it is everywhere in our lives. Although radiation is not good for the human body, it is not necessary to attribute various symptoms such as acne, eye discomfort, etc. to radiation.

The legend that succulents can protect against radiation:

In the 1980s, some staff members in a studio of a biological research institute in Switzerland often worked under display screens and almost all of them suffered from symptoms such as fatigue and headaches. One day, a colleague placed a few pots of cactus next to the computer desk. About two years later, the staff felt that the previous headaches and fatigue symptoms had disappeared. At this time, someone suggested that cactus might have a certain restraining effect on radiation. Many people believed this statement because they did not experience any headaches or fatigue symptoms. In this way, cactus was labeled as "anti-radiation", and people believed this saying without any scientific evidence, and it has been passed down to this day. Cactus is a type of succulent plant, so some businesses label all succulent plants as "radiation-proof".

Now everyone knows that "succulent plants can protect against radiation". In fact, I would rather believe that the initial purpose of raising succulents was to protect against radiation, but after raising them I found that regardless of whether they can protect against radiation or not, I can no longer give them up. They have become a concern in my heart, and every time I see them, I am melted by their cuteness.
