Cultivation methods and precautions of Chinese boxing ginseng

1. Irrigation

Water is very important when it is growing. Generally, we need to provide it with appropriate water. As for the amount and the interval, it depends on its own growth conditions. If it is in a period of rapid growth, you can give it more water. In addition to looking at the growth conditions of the plants, sometimes external factors such as weather and soil quality also have a great influence on the amount of water. So be sure to do it in moderation. In addition, when there is too much water, it is necessary to drain it to a certain extent. This will improve the air permeability of the soil, allow plants to grow better, and avoid the existence of water accumulation.

2. Weeding

In addition to the need for water, some weeding is also very helpful for plants. Removing the weeds will relatively reduce the consumption of some nutrients and effectively prevent the occurrence of some pests. In addition, when we weed, we will inevitably loosen the soil, which will make the soil more breathable, facilitate the breathing of the roots, allow the plants to metabolize normally, and grow better.

3. Thinning

Generally, when the seedlings in the field grow to a certain age, some of them will grow too densely together and compete for nutrients. So at this time we need to thin out the seedlings appropriately and remove those too dense seedlings in time. This will allow the nutrition to be more sufficient and help the seedlings grow quickly into plants.

4. Shade

It is a shade-loving plant. In order to prevent it from being exposed to strong sunlight in the summer, appropriate shading operations are needed to avoid being exposed to excessive sunlight.

5. Pruning

Sometimes, plants grow too fast, so we have to prune the branches. By improving ventilation conditions, better distributing water and nutrients and avoiding the consumption of some nutrients, the plant can grow better and the corresponding yield will increase accordingly.
