Time selection: The time selection is not particularly strict, as long as the temperature is at a suitable state. However, it should be noted that it is best not to choose summer, because this is when it is in its dormant stage. Generally speaking, we can choose from November of each year to April of the following year.

Selection of materials: In order to increase the chance of survival, we must pay more attention when selecting materials. It is best to choose branches that are grown in the current year and have not yet become woody, and should also have tender tips. Its length should be controlled between six and ten centimeters, not too long or too short.

Choice of substrate: We can choose river sand as the substrate, but it must be screened through a sieve first and disinfected with boiling water. As for the cutting bed, it must be disinfected before the formal cuttings.

Formal cuttings: Use pre-sterilized scissors to cut the branches and remove the leaves on the lower half. After processing, soak it in the vitamin B12 solution for a while, about twenty minutes, it doesn't need to be too long. After that, insert the branches into the substrate, with the depth controlled at about three or four centimeters. The spacing between each cutting can be controlled to be about eight centimeters. After everything is planted, water it and then cover it with some plastic film to keep it warm and moist.

In addition to cuttings, this plant can also be propagated by sowing, division, layering and other methods, but their applicability is not as wide as cuttings, so the specific steps will not be introduced here.
