Canned yellow peach

1. When choosing yellow peaches for canning, if you want to preserve them for a long time, you need to choose harder peaches. If you want to eat them right after making them, you can choose softer ones.

2. After selecting the yellow peaches, wash and peel them, cut them into sizes suitable for eating, and remove the peach pits.

3. Prepare rock sugar or honey. Yellow peaches have a sour taste. Friends who like it sweeter can add appropriate amount of sugar according to their taste.

4. If you want to eat it right away, you can put the cut yellow peaches in a large bowl, cover the peaches with water, add appropriate amount of rock sugar or honey according to personal taste, steam it in a steamer over high heat, then turn to low heat for 5 minutes.

5. The sweet and sour canned yellow peaches are ready. Chill them in the refrigerator before eating for a better taste.

6. If you want to preserve it for a long time, you need to prepare some canning bottles. Put the cut yellow peaches into the bottle, not too full, add 100 grams of rock sugar, and pour water to cover the yellow peaches.

7. Screw on the bottle cap, but do not tighten it. Place it in the steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes. After steaming, tighten the bottle cap while it is still hot, and be careful to use a towel to separate it to avoid burns.

How to make canned grapes?
