How to grow Chinese evergreen

How to grow Chinese evergreen

1. Lighting

The indoor growing environment of Chinese evergreen needs to be moderately bright, preferably with scattered light, and the room should be well ventilated. The light is relatively strong in summer, so you can provide appropriate shading. Too strong light will cause the leaves to lose their color.

2. Temperature

The temperature should be kept between 10-30℃. It should not be too high or too low. If the temperature is below 5℃, frost damage will occur, and if it is below 0℃, it may freeze to death.

3. Watering

When watering the evergreen, just keep the soil in the pot slightly moist, and avoid watering too much or too little. Spring and autumn are its growing seasons, so you can water it more often.

4. Repotting

After 2-3 years of maintenance, the Chinese evergreen should be repotted. If it starts to grow too tall during the maintenance process, we can control it by pruning.
