If you plant bougainvillea in the soil like this, the big white roots will fill the pot!

1. Soak the coconut bricks used for cuttings in water, add some rooting powder and carbendazim, stir evenly, squeeze them dry with your hands, and put them into a disposable plastic cup.

2. Choose strong and green branches for cuttings, cut them into a length of about 10 cm, retain 1-2 pairs of leaves and insert them into the substrate. You can retain a few more leaves on the young branches.

3. Put the inserted branches into a transparent plastic box and place it in a bright, cool and ventilated place indoors. Spray the plastic box walls to prevent water droplets from dripping off and seal the plastic box.

4. Open the lid twice a day, morning and evening, to ventilate and check the condition of the leaves and the humidity in the box. It is best if the leaves are straight and there are water droplets on the box walls. Depending on the variety of bougainvillea and the specific environment, the rooting time is roughly 15 days to 1 month.

5. Wait until the bougainvillea has more roots before potting it up. This way, the coconut bran in the cutting cup will not spread out and can be poured out entirely to reduce damage to the roots.

Throw gardenia into water, and big white roots will pop out!

1. Select young branches of gardenia grown that year, cut the lower end of the cuttings into a 45° angle, and keep more than two leaves.

2. Prepare a thinner foam board and use chopsticks to evenly poke several small holes on the foam board.

3. Insert the gardenia cuttings into the small hole and place them in a foam box filled with clean water. After placing them, put a plastic bag on the foam box.

4. After cuttings, place the foam box in a cool and ventilated place to avoid exposure to sunlight. In about 10 days, gardenia will produce tiny white roots.

5. Wait for more than a week until the gardenia has more roots, then you can put it in a pot. After potting, keep it in a cool place for about a week. Once the gardenia has adapted to the new environment, place it in a well-lit place and maintain it normally.

Cut the osmanthus flowers into pieces, and the whole yard will be filled with fragrance next year!

1. Select new semi-lignified branches of the current year and cut them into about 10 cm long. You can cut them flat or obliquely at the bottom, but the cut must be smooth.

2. Perlite can be chosen as the cutting medium. First, poke a few holes in the medium with chopsticks, and then put the cuttings in, with a depth of about 1/3 of the cuttings. After inserting, water it thoroughly, and then cover it with a plastic bag.

3. After inserting the plants, place them in a well-lit and ventilated place. The temperature is still relatively high now, and the osmanthus will take root in about 3 weeks.

4. Wait for about another week and put the rooted osmanthus into a pot. If it is a large pot, it is recommended to plant two trees in one pot, water it thoroughly, and place it in a cool and ventilated place for maintenance.

If camellia is propagated like this, the flowers will be bigger than a fist!

1. Prepare vermiculite as the cutting medium and put it into a disposable plastic cup. Fill the bucket with clean water, add carbendazim solution and rooting powder, and put the cup in to soak it.

2. Cut the cuttings into about 7 cm, retain two leaves, and cut the bottom of the cuttings at a 45° angle with scissors.

3. Insert the cuttings into the vermiculite to a depth of about 3 cm, compact it with your hands, and place it in a cool and ventilated place for maintenance.

4. It takes a long time for camellia to take root, about 2-3 months. During this period, just keep the cutting medium slightly moist and wait patiently for rooting!
