How to plant jujube trees

1. Preparation before planting

Before planting, the soil needs to be deeply plowed and turned over. In autumn and winter, the ground needs to be leveled, and tree roots and weeds need to be cleared away. Then dig planting holes with a diameter of about 1 meter and a depth of about 0.8 meters, and apply phosphorus, magnesium and potassium fertilizers in the planting holes. 2. Planting time

It is usually more suitable to plant jujube seedlings after natural dormancy or before spring buds sprout. The best time to plant is after leaf fall and before the Spring Festival. Planting during this period can increase the survival rate of jujube seedlings and is very beneficial to the growth of branches and leaves.

3. Planting method

Before planting, cut the main root of the jujube tree seedlings to a length of 1 to 2 cm and trim the root system. Spread out the roots of the jujube tree seedlings, plant them in the soil, pat the soil lightly and water them.
