Are you still buying "flower fertilizer" to grow flowers? Experts don't do this, homemade "hair root water" is more effective

Generally, when phenomena such as yellow leaves appear, most people will wonder if there is something wrong with my watering method, or if the flowers need fertilization? At this time, a large number of flower lovers will go to the flower market to buy flower fertilizers. In fact, real flower-growing masters seldom use flower fertilizers to grow flowers. They all like to make their own "rooting water", which is not only safe but also effective!

The homemade fertilizer water that we often see in our daily lives is generally willow branch water, soybean water or rice washing water. They contain a large amount of elements that can provide nutrients for the growth of flower plants. Today Huahua is here to introduce to you 3 different kinds of "hair root water", and it is easy to obtain the raw materials.

1. Aloe Vera Water

Aloe vera is also a common potted plant in our homes. Aloe vera liquid contains a large amount of nutrients, which is very effective for human health. This is also an important reason for adding aloe vera ingredients to cosmetics. Similarly, aloe vera juice is so effective that it is also very effective in growing flowers.

What we need to do is to pick a branch of aloe vera first, and then use a juicer or some other method to squeeze out the juice. The aloe vera juice at this time is thicker and more viscous, so do not use it directly on flower plants. You can mix aloe vera juice and water in proportion to form aloe vera water. Using it to grow flowers can make the branches and leaves more shiny.

2. Potato peel water

Many people may have some doubts when they see this title: Can potato peels soaked in water be used to grow flowers? The answer is yes. Potatoes contain a large amount of starch and other nutrients, and potato peels also contain a lot of nitrogen. Using potato peels to grow flowers can supplement the nutrients needed by the plants, and they will naturally grow more vigorously.

The process of making potato peel water is relatively simple. We collect the potato peels left over from eating potatoes, put them in a sealed container, and then add water to it, making sure the container is about eight-tenths full to prevent explosion. In this way, we put the potato peels after adding water in a cool place for fermentation, and they can be taken out and used in about half a month.

3. Banana peel water

This banana peel water has the same effect as the potato peel water mentioned above. Bananas are good for growing flowers. We can directly cut the banana peels into pieces and put them into the soil to provide nutrients. We can also make thin fertilizer water to use for watering flowers regularly.

To make banana peel thin fertilizer water, we first need to cut the banana peel into small pieces, so that the fermentation speed of adding water will be faster. We put the water and banana peel into the container at the same time, and finally place it on the dark side and wait for the fermentation to be completed.

If you water the flowers with the three types of "root-growing water" mentioned above, the flower roots will be strong and the leaves will be more shiny. If your plants are suffering from yellowing leaves and root rot, try making this yourself, I guarantee you won’t regret it!

<<:  The "garbage" picked up from the roadside can also be used as fertilizer to grow flowers. Add some every time and the flower roots will be stronger!

>>:  Break off a willow branch and soak it in water. Use it to soak Christmas cactus. The survival rate of cuttings will be higher!
