Succulent growing conditions

Succulent plants prefer an environment with good light. Except for the summer when they need shade, they can be exposed to sunlight in the other three seasons. They need a warm growing environment and cannot tolerate cold and hot environments.

Succulent growth temperature

When succulents are growing, the temperature needs to be kept between 15-28 degrees, so that they will grow better. They are afraid of cold growing environments, which will affect their growth.

Succulent growth process

The growth process of succulents mainly has six stages. After a period of maintenance, the seeds begin to germinate, and then true leaves will grow. A suitable temperature environment is required, so that they will gradually become seedlings. When the environment reaches a certain level, they will bloom, and after fertilization, they will produce seeds. It is best to grow and develop slowly.

Succulent planting time and method

The planting time for succulents is usually chosen in spring from March to May, when the climate is mild and the temperature is suitable, which is conducive to increasing their survival rate. You can use the method of division propagation. Remove the new shoots with roots from the mother plant, place them in a ventilated and cool environment to dry, apply rooting powder on the bottom, insert them into the soil and keep them moist.
