Paris polyphylla is distributed in areas with an altitude of 700 to 1100 meters. It is suitable for planting in loose, fertile, well-permeable slightly acidic humus soil or sandy soil. It should not be planted in alkaline soil, clay, soil that is prone to waterlogging and compaction.

Then dig small pits 4 cm deep, dig 4 rows in a narrow 130 cm plot and 1 row in a wide 150 cm plot. Soak the seeds before sowing, mix with wood ash and sow, cover with a thin layer of soil, keep the soil moist, and the seedlings will germinate in 7 to 10 days.
