Orchid likes acidic soil. The pH value of the soil in the garden should be between 4.5 and 5.5. The soil should be loose and have good drainage. The optimal soil porosity should be greater than 50%. It is mainly produced in North America. It ranks first in the world in terms of fruit quality and yield. It is also grown in Chile. In my country, it is mainly planted in the forest areas of Changbai Mountain, Lesser Khingan Mountains and Greater Khingan Mountains.

The cost of digging holes and planting, farmyard manure, irrigation, weeding, winter protection, and management fees cost an average of 2,600 yuan per mu, and each orchid plum plant costs 15 yuan.

300 orchid plum trees can be planted per mu of land. They will bear fruit in the third year and enter the peak production period after the fourth year. The yield per mu is 1,000 kilograms.
