Suzhou Qing can be planted in spring, summer and autumn, usually between early February and late September. In spring, it is sown around early February, in summer around April to May, and in autumn between late July and late September. Its growth cycle is very short and it can be harvested in about 25-40 days.

Suzhou Green Planting Methods and Key Points

1. Land preparation : First, use a shovel to turn the soil to a depth of about 10 cm, turn it over and dry it for about 3 to 5 days, then apply an appropriate amount of fertilizer to the soil, and then level the soil.

2. Sowing : Sprinkle the seeds evenly on the soil, then sprinkle a thin layer of soil on it, and water it enough. Then cover it with plastic film, press the soil around the film, and it will germinate in about 45 days.

1. Suzhou Green has strong cold resistance and can grow normally at temperatures between 10℃ and 20℃. It requires a lot of water in every stage from seed germination to flowering and fruiting, so the soil needs to be kept moist at all times and the soil should not be allowed to dry out.

2. Suzhou Green has a well-developed root system with many fine roots, so it likes deep, slightly acidic or neutral soil, and it is important to loosen and ventilate the soil to allow it to grow better.
