1. Cutting method

1. Leaf cuttings: Cut off healthy and mature tube leaves, insert them into the sterilized substrate at a slight tilt, and most of the leaves should be above the soil surface. The leaves used should not be too dry and the substrate should not be too sticky. They can only be used after being sterilized at high temperature.

2. Branch cuttings: Try to do it in spring or autumn, and avoid doing it in summer and winter when the temperature is unstable. Cut a branch with good growth from the mother plant, break off the leaves at the bottom, and then place it in a ventilated place. Wait until the cut position shrinks slightly before inserting it into the substrate.

2. Layering method

Prepare clean water and soak the seedling blocks in it. Cut it again, but not all of it, wrap it around the area with aerial roots, and tie it tightly with an opaque film or plastic bag. Use a syringe to add water appropriately, and after 2-3 months, cut it from the mother plant and plant it. After cutting it, apply a little wood ash on the cut to help it recover faster.
