What should you pay attention to when Clivia blooms?

1. Supplement fertilizer

When the flower sword grows, you need to pay attention to supplementing nutrients. If the nutrients are insufficient, the flower sword will grow slowly. Before the flower stalks grow out, spray foliar fertilizer on the leaves in time, with phosphorus and potassium as the main ingredients. In daily life, you can also dilute beer with clean water and use it to water the roots, which can also promote the growth of flower stalks.

2. Suitable temperature

In order for the plant to grow flower stalks, the temperature must be kept appropriate, around 15-25 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the growth of the flower stalks. If the surrounding temperature remains below 15 degrees Celsius, the plant will grow poorly and the flower stalk will be difficult to pull out. If the temperature is too high, above 30 degrees Celsius, the plant will stop growing and the flower stem will naturally be difficult to grow.

3. Temperature difference between day and night

In addition to the normal temperature of the growing environment, you should also pay attention to the temperature difference between day and night. If the temperature difference is too small, it will cause arrow pinching, especially in the summer, when this situation is more likely to occur. You should adjust the temperature in time and place it outdoors for maintenance at night.

4. Replenish water

During the growth stage when the flower stem is growing, a lot of water is needed. Lack of water will hinder growth and naturally prevent it from growing, so it needs to be kept moist and watered regularly.
