1. Planting time

The best time to plant dry cucumbers is in spring when the temperature is stable above 20°C, which is after April in the north and in March in the south.

2. Land preparation and fertilization

Choose a plot of land with plenty of sunlight, flat terrain, loose and fertile soil, and convenient irrigation and drainage. First, deep plow it to make the soil loose and breathable, and mix an appropriate amount of base fertilizer into the soil to improve soil fertility. 4. Sowing method

Drought-resistant cucumbers generally have strong resistance, and this type of cucumber generally does not require transplanting seedlings. If seedlings are missing, transplanted and replanted seedlings will have very weak resistance, often becoming the initial source of future infection. When sowing, the furrow should be about 60 cm wide and 14 cm deep. Pour enough bottom water and then plant at a distance of about 25 cm. Each site has 3 seeds and the soil is compacted appropriately. About 250 grams of seeds are used to sow 1 mu of land.
