The cultivation methods and precautions of Rouge Cloud

1. Soil

It is a succulent plant, and when growing it, you need to use breathable and loose soil. You can mix it yourself with river sand, vermiculite and leaf mold, and finally add an appropriate amount of organic fertilizer. When preparing the soil and potting it, add small gravel to the bottom. This will increase its permeability and facilitate growth.

2. Lighting

It likes light and should be placed in a well-lit place. It can be placed in full sunlight in spring, autumn and winter so that the plant can grow better. The temperature is high in summer and the light is too strong, so shade measures should be taken and the plant should be placed in semi-shade to avoid sunburn.

3. Watering

During the growing season, water it when the soil is dry and wet. It is drought-tolerant, so you don't need to water it too frequently, otherwise water will easily accumulate in the soil, which can easily lead to root rot. In addition, water control is more important in winter. It is best to keep the soil in a relatively dry state, which is more conducive to wintering.

4. Fertilization

Thin fertilizer should be applied during the growing season. Diluted liquid fertilizer can be applied once every half a month. The plants will absorb it quickly and grow stronger. In the winter growing environment, fertilizer treatment should be stopped in time, otherwise it will easily cause fertilizer damage.

5. Notes

During the cultivation period, the pot should be changed once a year, so that it will have more space to grow and the soil will not become compacted, which is beneficial to its growth. In addition, please note that when repotting every year, you should also prune the roots and cut off some rotten roots, dead roots, and diseased roots. This will promote more vigorous growth of the plant.
