This antihypertensive effect is not affected by atropine and blood pressure is also reduced in spinal cord dogs. It has a spasmolytic effect on the small intestine of rats, rabbits, and guinea pigs, the bronchi of rats, dogs, and rabbits, and the uterus of rabbits, which can be blocked by atropine.
