How to eat toon sprouts

1. Scrambled Eggs

1. Wash the toon sprouts and blanch them in boiling water for one minute.

4. Pour the evenly mixed toon on the tofu, stir it, and it is ready to eat.

3. Omelette

1. Wash the toon sprouts, blanch them in boiling water for one minute, and cut them into pieces for later use.

2. Beat eggs in a bowl, add chopped toon, salt and starch and mix well.

3. Add appropriate amount of oil to the frying pan, pour in the egg liquid, turn left and right to make the egg liquid more evenly distributed, and fry until golden brown.

4. Prepare the sauce with soy sauce, vinegar and chili oil, and eat it with dipping sauce.
