How to Eat Papaya

1. Direct consumption

1. Wash the papaya with water.

2. Use tools to cut it, scoop it out with a spoon and eat it, or you can cut it into several halves and eat it.

2. Papaya Milk

1. Choose a ripe papaya, remove the skin and core, and then cut it into pieces with a tool.

3. Papaya Honey Water

1. Wash the papaya with clean water.
