What is three-leaf fragrant vegetable

Three-leaf incense is a perennial herb. Three-leaf incense is also called three tiles and three leaves (Guangxi). Three-leaf incense is an autumn vegetable and is mostly on the market in autumn and winter. It is now mainly distributed in northern Vietnam and Yunnan, Guangxi, Guizhou and other places in mainland China. It grows in areas with an altitude of 300 to 1,600 meters and often grows under forests beside valley streams.

What does three-leaf incense look like?

The root of the plant is cylindrical and grows from a short and thick rhizome. It can be up to 20 cm long and is straight or curved. It is 2-5 mm in diameter and somewhat fleshy. When dry, it is light brown with small brown-red spots.

How to make three-leaf incense

Cold

1. Wash and blanch the three-leaf fragrant grass. Add some salt to the water to make the leaves greener. After the water boils, put the grass in and then boil it again before you can scoop it out.
2. Take it out and put it directly into a basin of cold water, then rinse it with cold water several times. This will make it greener, otherwise it will turn yellow.
3. Take out the sanye shang, wash it, and then blanch it again with the water used to blanch the celery leaves. This saves money and is environmentally friendly.
4. Squeeze the water out of the leaves, then cut them into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
5. Add almonds, minced garlic, a little salt, sesame oil and vinegar and mix well.

1. The root is used for medicinal purposes and has the effects of detoxification, kidney tonification, tranquilization, and phlegm resolution. It can also treat rheumatism, bruises, and fractures.

2. The nature and flavor of trifoliate orange are pungent, bitter and warm. It has the effects of promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis, promoting qi and relieving pain, dispersing wind and unblocking meridians, and calming the liver. It is used for rheumatic low back pain, hypertension, dizziness, jaundice, consumptive cough, stomach bloating and cold pain, and bruises.
