How to raise a little human sacrifice

temperature

The suitable temperature for the growth of the small sacrifice is 15~25℃, and it should not be lower than 5℃ in winter.

When the temperature is too high in summer, it will go dormant, similar to cabbage, with all the leaves tightly held together. When the temperature is below 5 degrees in winter, it is easy to get frostbite, so move it indoors for maintenance in time.

The Xiaorenji plant prefers an environment with plenty of sunlight and is slightly shade-tolerant. Its normal color is green. As the duration and intensity of sunlight increase, the color will gradually deepen. In some specific environments, the leaves of the little human sacrifice will turn red.

The little genus Sacrifice is also shade-tolerant, but the leaves will turn green if exposed to the shade for too long, and excessive growth will cause the plant shape to become loose, affecting its appearance. It is recommended to ensure sufficient light during maintenance. However, appropriate shade is required in summer.

Watering

As for watering, you can water it thoroughly when the soil is dry. You don’t need to water it in time. Prolonging the watering interval appropriately can make the leaves of the little human sacrifice tighter and the color brighter. It requires a lot of water during the growing season, so keep the soil in the pot dry in winter.

Fertilization

Spring is the flowering season for the little people festival. You can apply appropriate fertilizer when watering to provide enough nutrients for flowering. Fertilization is generally done once a month during the growing season, and it is recommended to apply less or no fertilizer during the dormant period to avoid root burn and death.

Reproduction

The main method of propagation is cuttings. Just cut off a small piece and insert it into the soil. It is relatively easy to propagate.
