Red Leaf Fairy Cup

The main characteristics are a rosette-shaped plant covered with white frost, hairless leaves growing at the base of the rosette, silver-gray leaves with a slight hint of green, and in a sunny growth environment, the leaf edges appear bright red. Light green inflorescence, small and numerous flowers, bright yellow in color.

The broad-leaved fairy cup is native to the United States and Mexico, where it mostly grows around rock cliffs or along interstate highways. It is a medium to large fairy cup variety. Its leaves are sword-shaped, silvery white, hairless and patternless. They are arranged in rosettes and look like a silver holy grail from a distance. There is white powder on the surface, which falls off easily and is difficult to regrow.

Fairy Cup White Chrysanthemum is a small fairy cup variety. It is easy to grow in groups. It has short and thick stems. The old stump is suitable for making succulent bonsai. The leaves are long and conical in shape, thick in texture, gray-green in color, and powdery on the surface, especially at the front end of the leaves.

The origin of the Fairy Cup Aduriz is in Oregon and northern California. It is a fine-leaf variety with thin columnar leaves that can grow to more than 20 cm. The leaf color is light green, and red spots will appear on the tips of the leaves in a sunny environment. The inflorescence is large, with more than 10 white flowers, and tends to grow in creeping groups. In addition, its old plants can form tubers. Suitable for rock gardens and bonsai.
