1. Remove pollen:

Remove the pollen from the lilies you receive. You can pick them off directly with your hands, which can effectively extend the flowering period of the lilies. Don't ask me why, but it works. (This method is not only suitable for fresh cut flowers, but also for planted flowers!)

2. Add vitamin C to water:

Putting 3 vitamin C tablets in the water container where you plan to insert the lilies can effectively extend the flowering period of the lilies. In addition to vitamin C, adding a small amount of salt or pouring a small amount of beer into the water can prolong the flowering period; you can also add a small amount of granulated sugar at the same time, which can make the color of the lily more vivid.

3. Cut the end of the flower stem:

When you find that the lily shows signs of drying up, you can cut off a section of the end of the lily stem and then put it in cooler water for about 2 hours, and you will find that it has changed differently.
