The Difference Between Kale and Purple Cabbage

1. Difference of blades

Kale leaves come in a variety of colorful colors. Its leaves are relatively thick, obovate and covered with a layer of wax powder. Its leaves have wavy folds, like bird feathers.

The leaves of purple cabbage are purple, with a little green near the veins, and are more round overall. The length is about 33cm and the width is about 30cm. Its leaves have a layer of white powder on them.

2. Differences in Habits

Kale leaves do not curl up into a ball as they grow. However, the leaves of purple cabbage will gradually grow into a flat spherical ball as they grow. The ball weighs 1.5-2kg, is about 12cm high and 20cm wide.
