1. Leaf shape differenceThe fleshy leaves of the Glass Plant are arranged in a rosette-shaped leaf disk, some of which are overlapped and all of which are tilted to one side. The entire leaf disk resembles a rotating windmill. The leaves are oval-triangular, with an acute tip, concave front and round convex back. The surface is densely covered with corrugated protruding horizontal strips, like rows of glazed tiles, hence the name. The leaves of Haworthia striata are closely whorled on the stem axis, triangular lanceolate in shape, with a sharp tip, and neat white protrusions growing on the surface, arranged in horizontal stripes. 2. Leaf color differenceThe leaves of the Glass Palace are gray-green or dark green with yellow vertical stripes, and sometimes the entire leaf is yellow. The leaves of Haworthia striata are dark green on the front and green on the back with white stripes. |
