How to identify yellow bell wood

1. Tree shape

The yellow bell tree is about 4 to 5 meters tall, with deep cracks in the bark, and the branches of the trunk are soft and slender with very clear lines.

2. Leaves

The leaves of the yellow bell tree are opposite, papery, and sparsely serrated on the edges. They are palmately compound leaves. Its petiole is very long, with 4 to 5 leaflets, which are arranged in whorls and are ovate-elliptical in shape. The leaves are entire or have sparsely serrated margins. The leaves are covered with fine brown hairs, with sharp tips and rough leaf surfaces.

3. Flowers

The flowers of the yellow bell tree are in panicles, terminal inflorescences, and bisexual flowers. Its calyx tube is tubular with irregular cracks, and the corolla is golden yellow, funnel-shaped, about 2.5 to 8 cm long, with 5 lobes, and shaped like a wind chime.
