How to grow a lucky tree

How to grow a lucky tree

1. Suitable soil

When caring for the lucky tree, if you want it to grow vigorously and well, you should grow it in suitable soil and ensure that the soil is loose, breathable and well-drained. When preparing the soil, you can mix five parts of garden soil, three parts of leaf mold, one part of river sand, and one part of decomposed organic fertilizer. Repot the tree every 1-2 years to provide a suitable soil environment for the lucky tree.

2. Water Management

The lucky tree likes moisture, so you must ensure it has enough water during the growth stage. Water the lucky tree regularly, keep the soil slightly moist, and provide the lucky tree with sufficient water. In addition to watering the roots of the lucky tree, you also need to spray water on the leaves. In the dry summer, you can spray water on the leaves and surrounding areas to maintain good humidity.

3. Reasonable fertilization

The lucky tree needs sufficient nutrients to grow vigorously. During the growth period of the lucky tree, compound fertilizer or decomposed bean cake fertilizer can be applied once a month. When fertilizing the lucky tree, be sure to ensure a good concentration and do not apply too much fertilizer each time to avoid burning the roots. In addition to normal root fertilization, the lucky tree also needs foliar fertilization so that it can absorb nutrients through the leaves.

4. Light temperature

The growth of the lucky tree requires good light and temperature conditions to create a suitable environment for growth. Keep the lucky tree in a bright location, maintain sufficient sunlight, and pay attention to shade in summer. It is best to keep the growth temperature at 20-30℃. Ventilate and cool down in summer and keep warm in winter.
