Determining the planting season for cyclamen bulbs

If your bulbs are obtained in the summer, usually after May, the temperature will gradually rise from this time and the cyclamen will go dormant. Therefore, when planting, be sure not to water the potting soil thoroughly. Planting should be done when the potting soil is slightly moist. After that, place the cyclamen in a cool and ventilated place, check the soil moisture every two days, and when the weather gradually gets cooler, the cyclamen will gradually wake up and resume its normal growth state. Gradually, the cyclamen will sprout, and then it can be transferred to normal maintenance.

Precautions for planting cyclamen bulbs

The flowering period of cyclamen is about half a year. The longest continuous growth time of cyclamen bulbs is about 4 or 5 times, and then they gradually degenerate.

Cyclamen prefers a low-temperature environment, so it usually goes into a dormant state during the high temperatures of summer. Then in autumn, if you water it thoroughly, the cyclamen will wake up.
