White Anthurium

The leaves of the white calla lily turned yellow and rotted, and the rhizomes drooped weakly, approaching the brink of death. This is not just because of lack of water, it may also be that the soil is compacted or too sticky, the roots cannot breathe normally, resulting in root rot.

Rescue measures:

1. Cut off all the yellowed and rotten parts of the branches and leaves.

2. Remove the white calla lily from the pot and remove the soil around the roots.

3. Cut off the rotten roots, clean them, and disinfect them with carbendazim.

4. Replace the soil and re-transplant it into the pot. Place it in a natural diffuse light environment for maintenance.

Clivia

Generally speaking, when the leaves of Clivia rot, it means the heart is rotten. Because water splashed onto the leaves during watering and was not wiped dry in time, over time, water accumulated between the leaves and caused rot. Soon the entire plant will rot and die. How should we deal with this situation?

Rescue measures:

1. Cut off all the branches and leaves of the Clivia from the bottom of the stem. Then disinfect the incision by applying carbendazim or potassium permanganate, or directly sprinkle a handful of wood ash on the incision.

2. Place it in a ventilated and diffused light environment and reduce the frequency of watering. In half a month to a month, the Clivia will slowly sprout new buds.

3. Wait for new leaves to grow out and then carry out normal maintenance!

asparagus

The asparagus fern I just bought was so green and beautiful, but it grew into this as I kept growing it. The leaves are dry and lifeless. Anyone who sees it wants to throw it away! This situation is usually caused by lack of water.

Rescue measures:

1. Cut off all yellow leaves. If there are only green leaves left and they tend to turn yellow and lack luster, you can cut them off as well.

2. After pruning, water the bottom of the pot thoroughly. Then water it once every 3-4 days and place it in a natural diffuse light environment.

3. Slowly you will find that asparagus fern has grown new branches and leaves! Pay attention to increasing the air humidity during daily maintenance. You can use a watering can to spray water around the leaves.

Money Tree

If the money tree becomes dry and its leaves fall off, and it is in a dying state, it is likely that excessive watering has caused root rot, resulting in the plant's sluggishness.

Rescue measures:

1. Remove the plant from the pot, remove the soil from the roots and rinse.

2. Use a blade to completely remove the rotten part at the root. Remember, the rotten part must be removed completely without any residue.

3. Soak the root wound in carbendazim solution for about half an hour, then take it out and dry it in the shade.

4. After drying, apply some rooting powder on the cut, then rinse and plant in the pot.

5. Place the plant in a cool and ventilated place, and wait until the money tree grows new leaves before watering it.

Coinweed

Sometimes you forget to water the pennywort and leave it on the balcony in the sun for a day or even several days, and then you will find that it has become limp in the pot. This situation is caused by the pennywort's extreme lack of water.

Rescue measures:

If the pennywort is just drooping and not obviously withered and yellow, then just water it heavily until it is thoroughly soaked.

Move him to a cool place and wait for him to recover.

If the stems and leaves of the pennywort become severely yellow, it will require major surgery.

1. Cut off all the stems and leaves, don't be soft-hearted, and only leave the healthy roots.

2. Then water the potting soil to moisten it, place it in a bright natural diffuse light environment, and wait for it to slowly germinate and grow new branches and leaves.

Soon, a new pot of copper coin grass can be full of vitality again~
