How to water pansies

How to water pansies

1. When can I water the plants?

It doesn't mean that you can water pansies at any time. This depends on the condition of the soil in the pot. If the soil in the pot looks relatively moist, then there is no need to water it. Otherwise, it will cause water accumulation, which is very bad for the roots. If the soil looks very dry, we can also touch it with our hands. As long as it does not clump together, it means that the soil in the pot is indeed dry, then we can water it at this time. Also, be careful when watering when the temperature is low and the light is weak. In addition, it is also necessary to water the plants sufficiently before transplanting.

2. The amount of watering

When pansies are growing, it is better to keep the soil in the pot relatively dry. If the soil is too wet, it will be more susceptible to damage by diseases and insects. Therefore, you must water it in moderation. If there is too much water, it will easily grow too tall and affect the flowering effect. In addition, when the temperature is relatively high, you can water it more appropriately to prevent it from drying out due to lack of water. When the pansy is blooming, it is also necessary to provide sufficient water so that it can bloom more and better.

3. Watering time in four seasons

Any plant has its own seasonal watering requirements, and pansies are no exception.

Spring and Autumn: Everyone feels most comfortable in this season because the temperature is more suitable, so watering the plants is very casual. There are no restrictions on whether you want to water them in the morning or afternoon. In addition, this time is also when the plants grow better, so you need to water them enough.

Summer: When we read this name, we must feel its temperature. The temperature is really high at this time, so watering is also limited. It is generally better in the cooler morning or evening.

Winter: The same chill is everywhere, and you can feel gusts of cold wind. It is best to water the plants after noon. In winter, the temperature at this time should be the highest of the day, and it will not cause frost damage to the plants.
