How to plant Jade Leaf Golden Flower seeds

Seed treatment

Jade Leaf Golden Flower seeds can be collected in May. The collected seeds need to be placed in a cool place to dry before they can be sown.

Soil selection

Jade Leaf Golden Flower is afraid of waterlogging, so when choosing soil, it is best to choose sandy loam soil that will not cause waterlogging as its cultivation soil.

It needs a lot of nutrients to grow and bloom. Choosing a relatively fertile culture soil can provide sufficient nutritional support for its growth and ensure that it can grow smoothly.

In order to ensure that its seeds can germinate quickly, it is best to choose soil with strong aeration ability as its cultivation soil.

Sowing method

First, choose a flowerpot of suitable size, neither too big nor too small, otherwise it will affect the ornamental effect of the mature plant.

Then put a layer of pebbles at the bottom of the flowerpot to increase the water retention capacity of the growing soil.

Then pour the selected growing soil onto the pebbles. It is not necessary to fill the entire flower pot, just pour it to about 6 cm from the top of the flower pot. This can ensure that the water will not overflow during watering, and can also ensure that the water will not wash away the cultivation soil.

Then gently sprinkle the dried seeds on the soil surface and cover with soil about 1 cm. At this time, you must pay attention to sowing the seeds evenly, otherwise it will reduce the ornamental value of the entire pot of flowers.

Water it with tap water to ensure that the planting soil in the pot is moist, not too dry and not waterlogged, providing good conditions for the seeds to germinate.

Finally, place it in a shaded and ventilated place. After about 7 to 10 days, the seeds will break through the soil.

Post-management

When the seeds of Jade Leaf Golden Flower germinate, they must be carefully cared for to ensure that they can grow healthily.

First of all, you need to give it a suitable growth temperature, about 20℃~30℃.

Secondly, pay attention to watering in time to ensure that the soil is sufficiently moist.

Also pay attention to the use of fertilizers. Normally, you can apply fertilizer containing humus once a month, but pay attention to topdressing during the bud stage.

In addition, don't forget to provide reasonable light, timely pruning and pinching to help it bloom better.
