How to take care of spider plants after they bloom

First, we need to understand its habits. This way we can take better care of it while it blooms. Because its origin is Africa. Therefore, it requires more calories and water. Another thing is that it has certain requirements for flower fertilizer, especially during the flowering period. Another thing is light, it likes semi-shade. However, light is essential during flowering.

2. Specific methods

(1) Temperature: If you want the plant to bloom and bloom well. Then, the temperature must be within the most suitable range. For this kind of plant, it is enough to keep the temperature between fifteen and twenty-five degrees. If conditions permit, the most suitable temperature is between 20 and 24 degrees. Note: It should not be too high or too low.

(2) Water: During the flowering period, be sure to supply sufficient water. However, in general this aspect is not the most important. Because it has fleshy roots that can store sufficient water. So, it’s okay not to water for a short period of time. However, don't go without watering for a long time. Otherwise, flowering will be affected.

(3) Fertilizer: First, we should reduce the application of fertilizers containing N element. Otherwise, the color of the plant's flowers will fade, or even disappear in severe cases. We can choose fertilizer made from fermented bone meal and eggshells. After it is fully fermented, dilute it and it is ready to use. As for the frequency, it should be controlled within ten days to half a month.

(4) Light: It is good to have more light during the flowering period, but be careful to avoid direct strong light. It is recommended to place it in front of a window so that it can receive oblique light.
