1. When to plant

The planting time will vary depending on the region and climate. The sowing time is divided into spring sowing and autumn sowing. In the north, the temperature in autumn and winter is relatively low and relatively cold. It will be difficult for the seedlings to survive the winter safely, so autumn sowing is not recommended. However, you can use greenhouse seedling cultivation methods to sow in early spring and harvest in summer. In the southern region, the temperature is relatively high and the autumn and winter seasons are relatively warm. When sowing in autumn, the seedlings can safely overwinter in an open-air environment, so autumn sowing is mainly used.

2. Precautions

Garlic needs to be watered four times during its entire growing period. The first time is after sowing, in order to encourage it to germinate as soon as possible; the second time is in the seedling stage, in order to speed up the growth of the seedlings; the third time is in the moss stage, to promote the growth of garlic moss; the fourth time is during the period when the bulb is swelling, in order to increase the moisture content of the bulb.
