How long does it take for the snow to adapt to the basin?

Light snow acclimatization time

Danxue will acclimate to the pot a week after being planted. Before that, it needs to be kept in a cool and ventilated environment. Only after it acclimates can it be placed under bright scattered light.

Generally, to see whether the Danxue has adapted to the pot, you can lift the upper part of the plant to see if there is any resistance. If there is resistance, it means the plant has adapted to the pot and is growing normally.

One week after the plant is potted, the plant will take root and start to absorb nutrients and water, and its growth rate will begin to accelerate. In addition, it usually takes about 2 weeks for the plant to grow new leaves.

How to make the snow acclimate quickly

During the seedling acclimatization period, Danxue needs good ventilation and some scattered light. It cannot be kept under strong light. This is the only way to allow it to adapt to the pot quickly.

Maintenance during the light snow acclimatization period

1. When caring for the Danxue during the acclimatization period, you need to control water or completely cut off water, and fertilizer must not be applied indiscriminately. This will allow the Danxue to safely pass the acclimatization period and then grow vigorously.

2. When the snow plant is just potted, water it to help it take root. Then you can water it moderately for the next 7 days. After it starts to grow normally, water it 1-2 times a week.

3. Do not apply fertilizer when the snow plant is just potted. Wait until the plant adapts to the new environment before applying fertilizer. For plants that recover quickly, you can apply fertilizer after about 7 days.

4. Generally speaking, the Danxue can be exposed to the sun about a week after being potted, but it cannot be placed directly in the sun for maintenance, it needs to be done slowly.
