What fertilizer is suitable for lentils?

Lentils should be fertilized appropriately according to their growth. During the flowering and fruiting period, use high-nitrogen and high-potassium water-soluble fertilizer to increase the flowering and fruiting rate. Lentil fertilization method

1. Base fertilizer

When preparing the land for lentils, high-quality farmyard manure can be applied as base fertilizer, about 2000-3000 kg, depending on the planting area. In addition, the farmyard manure must be fully decomposed to avoid root damage and seedling death.

2. Seedling fertilizer

Generally, no fertilizer is applied and watering is not recommended during the flowering period of lentils, as this will inhibit the growth of the vines. 3. Flowering and pod-forming fertilizer

4. Harvest fertilizer

Lentil fertilization precautions
