1. Choose a planting site: Sword beans need to grow in well-drained, deep soil. The land needs to be leveled before planting to keep the soil loose. If the nutrients in the soil are insufficient, sufficient decomposed farmyard manure needs to be applied as base fertilizer.

2. Select and soak seeds: When planting sword beans, you need to choose seeds that are relatively full and have good color. Its seed coat is relatively hard, so it needs to be soaked in water for a day and then disinfected. After that, it needs to be wrapped with a wet cloth and placed in an environment of about 25 degrees for germination.

3. Sowing: When planting sword beans, generally sow 2-3 seeds in each hole, with a depth of about 5 cm, and then cover the soil. Watering is required after planting.

Precautions for planting sword beans

After sowing the machete, you need to pay attention to the following: in order to increase the ground temperature and retain moisture, you need to cover it with a layer of mulch, which can promote seed germination. After the seedlings emerge, you also need to do a good job of weeding, which is usually done one week after emergence, to promote the growth of the seedlings.
